Mobile salon: Due to high demand and ensuring you receive the best service our mobile grooming salon must be booked in advance. Give us a call and we will schedule an appointment at your convenience.

In-store salon: We would prefer that you pre-book an appointment to avoid disappointment and provide you with the best service possible. Making an appointment ahead of time also ensures that you and your pet aren't kept waiting any longer than necessary. In order for us to provide the safest environment for your pet, we require all grooming VIPs to be up to date with their vaccinations. There is a waiting period of 10 days after their final vaccination before they can attend their pampering session. This makes sure they have full immunity and are feeling their best!

We love to groom cats and other animals. We have a separate feline grooming room in our DIP store, that has been carefully designed to minimise stress. In our other grooming salons, we groom one pet at a time to ensure there are no other animals at the same time as yours. This means we can also groom rabbits, guinea pigs and even the occasional parrot nail clip!

Our gentle handling approach means that even small animals can enjoy the grooming process.

All pets should be in good health prior to receiving any of our services. We do ask that you notify our team of any health issues your pet might be suffering from prior to grooming so we can keep them as comfortable as possible during the process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pamper any pets that are suffering from anything contagious.

Because we place a strong emphasis on the comfort and stress levels of your pet, our grooming services typically takes 90 minutes. This will vary based on the service you require, the condition and type of your pet's coat and your chosen style. We will advise you at the start of the groom roughly how long we think the groom will take.

Please call and book your dog in as soon as possible if you notice they are suffering from a matted coat. Only when our groomers see the matting can we discuss the best way to proceed for your dog: de-matting or shaving. For de-matting we may charge you extra depending on the extra time this adds to the groom. Please note that de-matting can take a lot of time and effort and but most importantly can be painful and stressful for your pet. If your pet is seriously matted, our groomers may decide that the most welfare friendly option is to shave your pet to remove the mats and then start afresh with a new grooming and brushing routine.

We only use the best products for our grooming clients. Organic, natural shampoos and conditioners in carefully selected scents to suit every fur style will leave your pet smelling as wonderful as they look. From sensitive to whitening to deshedding as well, each pet's shampoo and conditioner regime is customised to suit their fur style and individual needs.

They're our favourite! All our groomers are highly skilled in breed specific cuts, and they enjoy the process too. Whether it's a show cut for you cocker spaniel, pom poms for you poodle or a teddy bear cut for your Pomeranian we are happy to groom them all.

Yes we can! Cockapoos, Maltipoos, Golden Doodles, Cavapoos, Schnoodles, and all that's in between we love a doodle! We understand that each pup is an individual with individual coat types and are happy to tailor the groom for your VIP.

We currently do not have a groomer qualified in hand stripping, as it is a very technical skill, and must be done correctly to not cause pain or harm to your pup.

Whilst every VIP is different, we recommend a professional groom every 4 to 6 weeks. Every groom, we brush, wash, clip the nails, brush the teeth, clean the ears andgenerally check for health issues too. Our groomers will advise you on the ideal grooming maintenance schedule for your individual pet.

We consider these very stressful for pets and are also a safety risk. We only use high velocity dryers to hand dry your pet. Because these can be loud, we use happy hoods to reduce the noise and make sure your pet stays comfortable during the process.

Because your pet is a VIP we try as much as possible to make sure they receive our individual attention and do not need to be kennelled at all. This may occur if we finish your pet and you have not arrived yet to collect them yet, or if we feel they are overly stressed and need a break during the process. If you do not wish your pet to be kennelled, please inform us as the start of the groom and we will be sure to call you in good time to collect them.

Our mobile grooming vans are all about extra convenience for you and your VIP. Air-conditioned vans with a fully equipped grooming salon, arrive at your door and groom outside your home. This can also reduce travelling stress for your pet.

In - store you and your VIP will receive the same expert pampering experience as our mobile vans but at one of our convenient store locations..

Due to the time involved in reaching you and the added costs of fuelling and maintaining the vehicles it is necessary to charge more for mobile grooming to make sure you receive the quality of service you and your VIP deserve.
